SHIPPING POLICY

Bei Tesori offers complimentary shipping. Return shipping and a restocking fee of 5% of the item’s value will be deducted from your refund or store credit funds. We ship all
domestic packages via insured delivery service and require a direct signature. Bei
Tesori only ships to the contiguous United States (this excludes Alaska, Hawaii, US
Territories and APF/FPO addresses). To inquire about purchasing and shipping a piece
internationally or outside the contiguous United States, please contact info@bei-
tesori.com to discuss logistics and cost.

Bei Tesori is not responsible for shipping delays caused by weather, the actions of the
shipping company or circumstances beyond our control.

Return/Exchange (Online Order)

We have a 7-day return policy. You have 3-days to request a return via info@bei-
tesori.com after you have received the item and another 4 days to ship back to us. A 5% restocking fee plus the cost of return shipping will of return shipping will be subtracted from the refund amount (initial shipping cost is not refunded). Your refund will be credited back to the original form of payment after the item has been received and inspected.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same salable condition that you
received it in; unused, unaltered, and in its original packaging. You will also need the
receipt or proof of purchase. Custom orders, along with resized and engraved pieces
are not eligible for return. 


To start a return, you can contact us at info@bei-tesori.com so we can begin the return authorization process. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping
label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Note that
shipping costs will be deducted from your refund. Items sent back to us without first
requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues


If you are unhappy with the item or it arrives in damaged condition, please
contact info@bei-tesori.com within 3 days of receipt to receive a return authorization
number and return shipping label.


Exceptions / non-returnable items


Certain types of items cannot be returned,  resized items (i.e. rings, bracelets, chains)
and custom products (i.e. special orders or personalized items). Please reach out to us
if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
